Script pass → edit → motion → thumbnail → title and description. Fixed price, about a week. It de-risks the retainer for both of us: you see exactly what the engine produces, I learn your channel from the inside.

Questions

The honest answers.

How do revisions work?

Two structured revision rounds per deliverable, with consolidated feedback. It keeps the work sharp and the timeline honest. Endless micro-rounds help nobody.

What’s the turnaround?

The pilot ships in about a week. On the engine, we set a publishing calendar in the first strategy call and I deliver against it, so you always know what’s coming and when.

Do you use AI? Will my videos look AI-generated?

AI runs my pipeline; my judgment runs the content. It’s why one person can deliver an in-house team’s output at freelancer speed. Nothing ships that doesn’t pass the same story test as shot footage.

How does pricing work?

Scoped on the call, against the alternative: an in-house editor, designer, and strategist costs a multiple of any number we’ll discuss. The pilot is fixed-price, so you see the output before committing to a retainer.
