My own experiment: how fast can one person ship teaching content with AI in the loop?
The key decision
Let AI run the pipeline, never the judgment. Every generated visual passed the same story test as shot footage: does it advance the point? The tools have moved on since; the system thinking is the product.
The outcome
Proof of the production system that makes engine pricing work: freelancer speed, in-house team output.
