The context
Cospire teaches design to students and working professionals. Their knowledge was deep; their channel didn’t show it. I came in as the entire video team.
The ask
Turn expert-led curriculum into long-form YouTube videos that feel designed, not just recorded.
The key decision
Treat each video like a designed product, not an edit job. I scripted the flow before touching the timeline, built motion graphics around the curriculum’s own visual language, and packaged every video (title, description, thumbnail) as one deliberate unit. The edit serves the lesson; the packaging earns the click.
The outcome
A repeatable production system Cospire could hand a topic to and get back a finished, packaged video. Outcome numbers and a testimonial are being collected, so this study will be updated.
